Sunday was cold & rainy, so we just hung out around home most of the day. I was able to get some sewing done while Nick & Coop snuggled and caught up on some shows on the DVR. Nick was reclining on the couch with Coop on his chest, but Coop moved his head to the side & slid sideways off. Nick said Coop had him pinned & he couldn't get up.
Coop's one month check up went well. He was 11lbs 7ozs & just short of 23 inches long - growing boy! The doctor said he's definitely gone through a growth spurt & is looking great. She said he's doing great holding his head up while on his belly & was really surprised how strong he was when she tried to roll him back over.
Exciting news! Nick got to feed Coop for the first time tonight! It was his first try with the bottle, and it was a little bit of a battle, but he actually took it much quicker than I expected. It's not something we'll do all the time, but it'll be a good option when we're traveling or out for more than a few hours, as long as we plan ahead & bring milk (still not doing formula) & a bottle with us.
