They actually jacked up the three piers around the entry today. The floor had dropped about ¼" away from the baseboard trim, and the gap is all closed up now.
Inside the closet.
The funny thing is, they took out all the concrete from the garage under the floor in the closet, so they only thing holding up the tile is the cement we poured.
They started the waterproofing on the north side of the house today.
They had to dig around this huge rock.
The waterproofing wraps around the corner to the front side of the house just a bit.
They haven't put in the new drain tile yet, but did dig the trenches for two of the three.
They finished jacking out the concrete in the garage today.
This is the pier & shims back in the void under the entry closet that I showed yesterday.
Here's all that's left of the snow we got last night. :)

We are excited for them to start jacking up the house tomorrow, and hopefully it will go smoothly. We did get one new crack in the entryway wall today, but others closed up quite a bit. The new crack will hopefully close up when they jack up the fireplace, but I guess we'll have to wait & see.
Until next time...
